技术进步与要素禀赋的适配性是生产率增长的关键,文章从经济史和技术前沿视角,考察后发国家适宜性技术进步路径的选择机理及其经验证据。结果发现:当后发国家与先发国家要素结构互补且技术差距较大时,后发国家将选择符合自身禀赋结构的技术,通过“技术引进与要素积累交互推进”的方式推动技术前沿面外移;若技术差距较小,后发国家将选择“符合本国要素禀赋的自主创新”方式实现技术进步;当两国要素结构相似时,后发国家将选择“要素积累驱动技术引进”的赶超路径,通过要素积累缩小与先发国家要素结构的差距,实现引进的技术与要素结构的适配性后再引进前沿技术。
The appropriateness of technical progress and factor endowments is the key to productivity growth. From the perspectives of economic history and technology frontier, this paper analyzes the path selection of appropriate technical progress in backward countries and its empirical evidence. It arrives at the conclusions as follows, firstly, when there are complementary factor structures and bigger technical gap between backward and developed countries, backward countries would choose the technology appropriate to their own factor endowmeat structures, and advance the relocation of technology frontier through interactive promotion of technology import and factor accumulation; secondly, with a smaller technical gap, backward countries would choose independent innovation according to factor endowments to achieve technieal progress; thirdly,when there are similar factor structures, the backward countries would select the catching-up path of technology import driven by factor accumulation, narrowing the gap of factor structures with developed countries through factor accumulation and introducing frontier technology after the realization of the appropriateness of imported technology and factor structure.
