The preparation methods of cuprous sulfide,including hydrothermal synthesis, solvothermal synthe- sis, hot injection method, template-assisted method, etc. , and the research progress of nano-cuorous sulfide, inclu- ding catalysts, solar cell, Li-ion battery, field emission, biosensor, and so on, are reviewed. Moreover, reaction me- chanisms of some preparation methods are summarizrd. The development trend and application prospects of nano Cu2 S are forecasted as well.
