目的 检测NF-κB、Notch-1及Jagged-1在口腔扁平苔藓及正常口腔黏膜组织中的表达,分析三种蛋白间的相关性,探讨Notch-1/NF-κB信号传导系统在口腔扁平苔藓病损形成及发展过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组化方法检测NF-κB、Notch-1及Jagged-1在52例口腔扁平苔藓和30例正常口腔黏膜组织标本中的表达情况,并分析三种蛋白间的相关性。结果 口腔扁平苔藓组织中NF-κB、Notch-1及Jagged-1的表达均明显高于正常口腔黏膜组,差异具有统计学意义(〈0.05);NF-κB、Notch-1、Jagged-1在口腔扁平苔藓组织中的表达具有显著相关性(〈0.05)。结论 Notch-1/NF-κB信号通路的异常激活对口腔扁平苔藓的发生发展有重要意义。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of NF-KB, Notch-1 and Jagged-1 in human oral lichen planus and normal oral mueosa tissue, and analyze their correlations. And then we discussed the possible role of Notch-1/NF-κB signaling system in the development and progression of oral lichen planus. [Methods ] Immunohistochemical staining was used to measure NF-κB, Notch-1 and Jagged-1 in 52 cases oral lichen planus tissues and 30 cases normal mucosa tissues. And the differences of groups for immunohistoehemieal staining and the correlation of three proteins were analyzed by statistical methods. [Results] NF-κB, Noteh-1 and Jagged-1 expression level in oral lichen planus tissue was higher than that in normal mucosa tissue, which had statistical difference (P 〈 0.05). NF-κB, Notch-1 and Jagged-1 had the significant correlation in oral lichen planus tissue (P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] The unusual activation of Noteh-1/NF-κB signaling system play a role in the occurrence and development of OLP.
