在实施精益生产过程中，快速产品换型是实现生产均衡化，减少在制品库存的一个重要的因素。本文从注塑模具快速产品换型的改进实例出发，通过对更换流程的研究，将内换模时间转变为外换模时间，换模停机时间缩短45％，提出了一种缩短注塑模具换型时间的方法，并对快速换型在精益生产中的意义进行了阐述。结果表明通过对换模过程的研究和流程优化，可显著缩短换模时间，减少在制品库存。
英文摘要：
The technology of quick exchange of product is one of the important factors in lean production implementation. It can help reduce WIP inventory and support the product level trade-off loading. An improvement method was discussed to reduce injection mold change over time through transfering internal setup time to external setup time. The value of quick exchange of die in lean production was discussed. The results indicate that the change over time is reduced remarkably and the WIP inventories are cut down evidently, after studying and optimizing the change over flow.
