以2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑和氯乙酸乙酯为原料,水相快速合成中间体(5-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基)硫乙酸乙酯,该中间体再与芳氧乙酰氯反应,高产率得到6种目标化合物[5-(芳氧乙酰氨基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基]硫乙酸乙酯(5a-5f)。所有这些化合物都经过了红外、元素分析以及核磁共振氢谱的表征。采用离体平皿法对目标化合物进行了除草活性试验,部分化合物显示出良好的除草活性,而小麦对其耐受。
In aqueous media,2-(5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylthio)acetate were synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole and ethyl chloroacetate. The later reacted with acyl chloride immediately to give the coresponding six novel 2-[5-(aryloxyacetyl)-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylthio]acetate derivatives(5a-5f)in high yield. All the products were characterized by IR,1 H NMR and elementary analysis. The herbicidal activities of target compounds were assessed. The preliminary bioassay results showed that some compounds exhibited moderate to strong herbicidal symptoms. At 10mg·L-1 ,S. tritici. showed tolerance,while E-. crus-galli L. ,E. Dahuricus,A. retroflexus and C. glaucum L. were killed or severely injured.
