移动服务必须考虑环境的不确定性。在提供内容的服务中，网络资源的聚集和个性化的内容组织还存在动态关联。因此首先探讨移动环境下内容服务的全过程，在此基础上提出一个一般性系统框架支持资源整合和个性化服务的统一，探讨系统的核心实现机制。
英文摘要：
The paper thinks that the uncertainty of mobile environment must be considered in mobile service, and the dynamic relevancy between resource aggregation and service personalization also exist along with the process of content service. It systematically analyzes the whole process of content service oriented to mobile browsing and puts forward a general integration framework to support the unification of resource integration and service personalization. At last, it discusses the pivotal realization mechanism.
