无线双轴倾角传感器是利用MEMS倾角传感器采集信号,并通过无线方式传输测量现场中被测物端面倾斜角度的测量仪器。首先探讨了倾角传感器的测量工作原理,提出了双轴加速度传感器测量二维加速度信号,同时测量倾角信号。其次,设计了由传感器模块、控制模块、显示模块、射频模块等组成的无线倾角传感器节点的硬件系统,以STC89C52单片机为控制核心,利用ADXL202加速度传感器和无线芯片CC1110设计出的无线双轴倾角传感器硬件电路,利用单片机接收前端采集的数据并对其处理和计算,在液晶显示器上显示。该系统体积小、稳定性好,功耗低、通信效率高,可应用于测量、监测、报警等一些工业领域。
Wireless dual-axis tilt sensor is a measuring instrument used MEMS tilt sensor to collect information,and transmit wirelessly the angle of measured object end on the measurement site. Firstly,the working principles of the tilt sensor measurement are discussed. Dual-axis acceleration sensor is used to measure the acceleration signal and tilt signal simultaneously. Secondly,a hardware system consisting of tilt measurement module,controlling module,vision module,RF module is designed. A single chip microcomputer of STC89C52 is used as control core,ADXL202 acceleration sensor and wireless chip CC1110 are used to design the wireless dual-axis tilt sensor hardware circuit,and MCU is used to receive the front of the data collected the recuperation and display on the LCD. The system is small size,good stability,low power consumption,high communication efficiency. Therefore,it can be widely used in measuring,monitoring,alarm and some other industrial areas.
