高量程加速度传感器在小信号的激励下输出在10 mV以内,传统测试系统的噪声可能覆盖如此小的电压信号,使高量程的加速度传感器无法测试小的加速度信号。针对这一问题提出了基于自动增益切换控制理论的自适应数字传感器,该传感器能够根据加速度信号的输出电压自动选择最佳的电压增益,使高量程加速度传感器始终保持从低量程到高量程的完整加速度信号输出,拓宽了加速度传感器的动态测试范围。
Stimulated by small signal,high-range acceleration sensor output below 10mv,noise of the traditional test system may cover such a small voltage signal,and can not test a small acceleration signal using the high-range acceleration sensor.To solve the problem,this paper puts forward a self-adaption digital sensor based on the auto gain switching control theory.This sensor could chose the best voltage increase according to the voltage output of acceleration signal,to make the high-range acceleration sensor remaining a full acceleration signal output range from low to high and broadening the dynamic test range.
