基于元分析技术,收集110篇中英文文献,探讨变革型领导与交易型领导对员工创新行为的作用,以及这种作用的情境条件。结果显示:(1)变革型领导正向影响员工的创新行为;(2)总体上,交易型领导正向影响员工的创新行为,但存在显著国别差异,在中国管理情境下是正向作用,在西方情境下却没有作用;(3)相对于交易型领导,变革型领导对员工创新行为的作用更大;(4)组织创新氛围负向调节交易型领导与员工创新行为之间的正向关系,但对变革型领导与员工创新行为之间的关系无调节作用。
Based on meta-analysis,this paper integrates 110 literatures to analyze the effects of transformational and transactional leadership on employees' innovative behavior and the condition of these effects. Results show that,transformational leadership positively related to innovative behavior; transactional leadership positively related to innovative behavior in Chinese sample; compared to transactional leadership,transformational leadership has more positive effect on innovative behavior; organizational innovative climate negatively moderates the positive relationship between transactional leadership and innovative behavior,but it has no effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative behavior.
