以醋酸汞和硫代乙酰胺(TAA)为原料,采用化学共沉淀的方法在聚苯乙烯(PS)溶液中制备出分散均匀的纳米硫化汞与聚苯乙烯的复合物.利用X线衍射(XRD)、电子能谱(EDS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)技术对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)研究HgS和聚苯乙烯之间的相互作用,结合紫外可见光谱(UV-vis)和荧光光谱(PL)的测试研究纳米晶的发光性能.结果表明:合成的复合材料中HgS直径在15 nm以下,为立方闪锌矿构型,纳米晶和基质之间存在强的相互作用力.此外,该复合材料还表现出良好的光学性能.
Mercury acetate and thioacetamide(TAA) were used as the raw materials to synthesize HgS nanocrystals in the polystyrene solution.The obtained nano-HgS/PS composites were characterized by XRD、EDS、TEM to observe the morphology and structure.The quantum-confined effect of the nano-HgS/PS composites is confirmed by the ultraviolet-visible(Uv-vis).The optical properties of HgS nanocrystals were characterized by using photoluminescence(PL) spectrum,and it was shown that nano-HgS/PS composites exhibited good optical properties.
