近几年劳动关系逐渐成为社会热点问题,越来越多的学者开始关注劳动关系和谐指数的构建和应用研究。本文从基础概念、指数体系设计及实证研究三个层面,对劳动关系和谐指数相关的国内外文献进行了评述。劳动关系和谐指数研究尚处于初级阶段,现行研究存在基础概念界定尚待统一,指数体系设计中指标选取多来自劳动关系的环境因素,随意性、阶段性特征明显,加权式的指数合成方法可能导致指标间的替代效应,实证研究由于受数据采集条件约束尚显欠缺等问题。未来研究应从基础问题入手,使指数体系设计更直接地指向劳动关系本身,更直接地反映实际劳动关系状态,更好地为和谐劳动关系建设服务。
Labor Relations has become a hot-debated social problem, which arouses many concerns of scholars over constructing and application study on harmonious labor relations index. Based on elucidating fundamental concepts, index system design end empirical research, a literature review on harmonious labor relations index is made. Arguably, the study on hannonions labor relations index is still on the early stage. The current researches is ought to be compatible with conceptualization. The determination of the index stems more from environmental variables at random, regardless of imitation of the period. Sum-up integration of index will exert replacing effect between different indices. And empirical data still hold some weaknesses. Therefore, the prospective study should start from basic issues which entail index system in accordance with the genuine labor relations. It will be more conducive to harmonious labor relations.
