以油菜、生菜、茼蒿的种子为试材,采用室内营养液栽培的方法,分别研究了0、40、80、120mmol/L NaCl、KCl胁迫下对其生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:在NaCl、KCl胁迫下,随处理浓度的增加,油菜的SOD活性是先升后降,生菜与茼蒿的SOD活性均呈先降后升;POD活性茼蒿是先升后降,油菜与生菜均呈先降后升;MDA活性油菜呈先升后降,生菜呈先降后升。
Rape,lethuce,shoot the three varieties of vegetable seeds was chosen as test material,using methods of indoor cultivation of nutrient solution,the different concentrations of NaCl,KCl(0,40,80,120 mmol/L)stress on physiological and biochemical indices of vegetables were studied.The results showed that the stress,with treatment concentrations,SOD activity of rape showed an incresed and then decreased trend,and SOD activity of lethuce and crowndaisy showed a decreased and then incresed trend.POD activity of crowndaisy showed an incresed and then decreased trend,and POD activity of rape and lethuce showed a decreased and then incresed trend.MDA activity of rape showed an incresed and then decreased trend,and MDA activity of lethuce showed a decreased and then incresed trend.
