英文摘要：
In this paper, a method of dividing state space is proposed firstly by using normal distribution. Secondly, Markov normal process is changed into Markov chain, and a way of calculation for one step transition matrix is posed according to different division of state. In addition, the target of teaching efficiency is determined by applying weight-plus mean, then, a kind of new method for evaluating teaching effect is built, and its feasibility and effectiveness are tested through examples.
