高师院校教育类课程“双导师制”模式构建及提升路径

高师院校教育类课程构建"双导师制"教学模式,是我国高等教育改革的需要,是人才培养适应就业市场和高师院校转型发展的需要。有效实施"双导师制"既要高等学校主动"对接"中小学校,又要中小学校积极"参与"高等学校学生的职业教育。"双导师制"有利于开辟人才培养的新途径、提高人才培养质量、实现优质教育资源共享。提升高师院校教育类课程"双导师制"教学模式,必须建立高师院校和中小学校合作双赢的长效机制,加强"双导师制"导师队伍建设,建立健全"双导师制"管理的制度建设,建构导师小组,形成指导合力,利用现代信息技术构建师生交流平台。

英文摘要:

The teaching mode of"dual tutorial system"in normal colleges and universities is required by the higher education reform in our country,and by the situation where talent training is in accordance with the development of job market and the transformation normal colleges. The effective implementation of the dual tutorial system requiresthat normal colleges imitatively "contract " primary and secondary schools and primary and secondary schools actively "participate in"high vocational education. "Dual tutorial system"is beneficial for opening up a new way of talents training,improving the quality of personnel training,and realizing the sharing of quality education resources. To upgrade the teaching mode of "dual tutorial system ",we must establish a long- term mechanism of win- win cooperation between normal colleges and middle schools,and strengthen the construction of tutor's team of "dual tutorial system".
