The teaching mode of＂dual tutorial system＂in normal colleges and universities is required by the higher education reform in our country,and by the situation where talent training is in accordance with the development of job market and the transformation normal colleges. The effective implementation of the dual tutorial system requiresthat normal colleges imitatively ＂contract ＂ primary and secondary schools and primary and secondary schools actively ＂participate in＂high vocational education. ＂Dual tutorial system＂is beneficial for opening up a new way of talents training,improving the quality of personnel training,and realizing the sharing of quality education resources.
