详细讨论了染料敏化太阳电池二氧化钛纳米粒子、丝网印刷胶体、二氧化钛电极、对电极、电解质的制备方法,得到最优化的TiO2纳米晶电极的厚度为12μm左右。通过改善电极染料吸附量、纳米晶颗粒间的电接触性能以及电极对可见光的透射和反射能力,电池的光电性能得到显著提高。
The fabrication of dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSC) and a series of technology optimizations are introduced.The influences of the thickness of TiO2 thin film,TiO2 powder treated by HCl,TiO2 electrode treated by TiCl4,and adding light-scattering layer on the efficiency of DSSC are discussed.The optimized thickness of TiO2 electrode is about 12 mm.The experimental results show that the efficiency of DSSC can be improved by HCl treatments,increase of the thickness of TiO2 thin film,adding a light-scattering layer,and TiCl4 treatments with nanocrystalline TiO2 electrode.
