We introduced the research status of Caspase concept and classification and its application in mammals.Research progress of tissue expression of fish Caspases gene was reviewed,as well as its expression in embryonic development,expression under stress state,and protein function of fish Caspases molecular.The research direction of fish Caspases in future was forecasted.
