目的 探讨影响当前社区公共卫生服务的主要因素.方法 对2011年上海市18家社区卫生服务中心的公共卫生考核结果进行因子分析.结果 生育保健因子、基础健康管理因子、特殊人群健康管理因子、慢病管理质量因子、慢病管理数量因子和老年人保健因子等6个因子包含了15项考核指标86.66%的信息.结论 所归纳出的6个因子反映了当前社区卫生服务中心公共卫生服务的主要内容,并且可以成为反映服务质量高低的主要指标.
英文摘要：
Objective To investigate the main factors impacting on public health services in community health serv- ices （CHS） centers. Methods The factor analysis of the assessment results of public health services in eighteen CHS centers as the model in 2011. Results Totally six factors of reproductive health care, basic health management, particular mass health management, administration quality of chronic diseases, administration quantity of chronic diseases, and elderly health care were obtained. All the six factors included more than 86. 66% of the information from 15 items of assessment indicators of public health services. Conclusion The obtained six factors can represent the main contents of public health services in CHS centers at the present, and can serve as the major indicator to reflect the quality of service performance.
