目的了解上海市居民就医方面的反应性,改进服务质量,推进医改有序发展。方法选取社区居民3600人,采用自己编制的量表调查。结果根据自己意愿选择医生的可能性比例较大。主诊医生在询问病情、做检查和治疗时的态度方面,如果用两分法,门诊患者中认为主治医生向居民提供多种诊疗方案并能够耐心解释达到94.2%,住院患者中达到92.4%,总体满意度达93.3%。结论加强社区卫生服务建设,强化卫生人才培养,进一步实施社区居民的健康教育。
Objective Understanding health responsiveness in Shanghai City residents,and improving the service quantity,and pushing forward to development of medicine reformation.Methods 3 600 resident people were selected and Qestionnaire was established bymy self.Results The possibility of patients choosing doctor is good.In outpatient,the satisfaction rate of patients is 94.2% in patients inquiry condition and cure hour.In inpatient,the satisfaction rate of patients is 92.4% in patients inquiry condition and cure hour.The total satisfaction rate of patients amounts to 93.3%.Conclusion Suggestion to enhance the community health service developments,and reinforce hygiene talented person culture,and implement health education for the community resident.
