目的研究上海市城郊社区卫生服务机构医疗服务发展现状。对城郊社区医疗服务进行比较研究，为今后社区卫生服务机构医疗服务的发展方向提供依据。方法对上海市郊区金山区12家社区卫生服务机构2006～2009年的医疗服务状况进行调研，对得到的数据进行统计分析并与上海市城区徐汇区和上海市社区卫生服务机构医疗服务平均水平进行比较分析。结果金山区社区卫生服务在总诊疗人次数、住院总床位数这两方面的绝对数要低于上海社区卫生服务平均水平和徐汇区水平，但是这两方面的增长率金山区要高于上海平均水平和徐汇区水平，出诊人次数金山区在绝对值和增长率都高于上海市平均水平和徐汇区水平。结论上海市郊区社区卫生医疗服务要继续保持较快的速度缩小与上海市平均水平距离，同时上海市城区社区卫生服务中心要探索新的发展模式，进一步完善和发展社区医疗服务。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate and compare the current status of medical service provide by community health service in- stitutions in suburb and urban of shanghai, and provide a basis for the future development of medical service. Methods To sur- vey the medical service status of 12 Community Health Centers in Jinshan district that located in the suburb of Shanghai ,the data from 2006 to 2009 were statistically and compared to that of Xuhui district which located in the urban of Shanghai. Results The total number of patients and hospital beds of Jinshan distriet are lower than that of Xuhui district as well as the average levels of Shanghai urban, but the increase rates of them are higher as compared to Xuhui district or Shanghai average level. Conclusion The suburban community health centers in Shanghai should continue to maintain a rapid pace to narrow the gap with the average level of Shanghai and urban community health service centers. At the same time urban community health centers need to explore new development model for further development and improve the community health clinical services.
