This article describes the supporting role of health management informatization in the promotion of family doctor system in Minhang district. By information technology, we have achieved such functions as establishing electronic health records for community residents, optimizing service processes, supervising family doctors＇ clinical behaviors, improving their efficiency, and strengthening collaboration among the various medical institutions, etc. , which helps family doctors provide dynamic, integrated and real - time health management services for community residents.
