为了提高商场收货区车辆的流动能力,加快收货区的收货速度,针对收货区的特征,运用运筹学理论优化了现有的排队模型,给出了M/M/C系统中最优收货口和收货率的算法,并引入竞争机制提高收货率.将两种收货速率结合使用,以解决节假日期间要求卸货车辆激增的问题.
In order to improve the traffic capacity of mall receiving areas, and accelerate the re- ceiving speed, this paper optimized the existing queuing model based on the operation theory. The best algorithms about the optimal numbers of income cargo ports and the receiving rate in M/ M/C system were given, a competition mechanism which could promote the receiving rate was in troduced, and the two receiving rates were combined to solve the problems of dramatic increase of unloading demands during some festivals.
