The retailers know well about their stock status with the demand information updating, and they could make decision that whether they coordinate for transshipment strategy or not when they consider the substitution of same kind product and customer transferring. The study shows that the joint profits are much more than non_ coordinate, and the distribution of the joint profits can be implemented by the transshipment product price with the General Nash Bargaining Solution (GNB). The GNB solution makes the retailer makes their transshipment quantity decision close to the optimal transshipment quantity. The numerical analysis supports the conclusion.
