SNS为用户提供交流互动的平台,其可用性评价应结合用户心理需求进行,因此本研究参考马斯洛理论将用户心理需求分成五个层次,设计五层级可用性评价模型并形成评估问卷;设计实验,结合五层级评价问卷和CSUQ问卷,从用户的浏览习惯以及SNS的功能属性的角度对SNS进行可用性评价。根据评估结果,从五个可用性层级总结出目前国内主流SNS中存在的主要可用性问题,给出改进建议,并论证了五层级评价模型的有效性。研究结论对SNS可用性评价及改进设计、提高用户满意度具有参考意义。
SNS provides a platform for users to interact with each other.Its usability evaluation should consider users' psychological needs;so this study has divided users' psychological needs into 5 stages according to Maslow's Theory of Human Motivation.Five-stages evaluating model and questionnaire are designed.This study has designed an experiment and combined with five-stages evaluating questionnaire and CSUQ questionnaire to evaluate the usability of SNS according to users' using habits and the features of SNS.With the evaluation results,this study has summarized some main usability problems of SNS in five usability stages,raised some improving suggestion and discussed the validity of five-stages evaluating model.This conclusion on the usability evaluation of SNS,design improvement and improving user satisfaction has some significance to practice.
