我国能源价格形成机制正处于改革的深化时期,能源价格变动与能源消费碳排放密切相关。从能源价格角度探讨碳排放强度问题,有利于准确判断和把握碳强度变化规律,有效制定促进节能减排的能源价格政策。本文通过协整检验和构建误差修正模型分析了能源价格作为独立变量对碳强度的影响,发现碳强度的能源价格弹性为-0.4229,并且短期内能源价格变动对碳强度的作用比较微弱。此外,本文借助于岭回归方法发现:能源价格作为调节项进入模型后,通过作用于人均GDP对碳强度发挥影响,而作用于产业结构和能源结构的路径存在阻滞。因此,研究结果认为能源价格可以作为独立变量和交叉变量对碳强度发挥作用。最后,本文提出了我国降低碳排放强度的能源价格的相关政策建议,以期通过能源价格的改革促进节能减排。
China's energy price system is in a transitional reform period, and energy price(EP) changes are closely related with energy-related carbon emissions. Exploring carbon emission intensity(CEI) from the perspective of EP helps to capture exchange characteristics of CEI, and merit particular attention from energy price-policy makers in China. Cointegration test and ECM are employed to study the impact of EP on CEI. The elasticity energy price-CEI is-0.2466, and in short time the impact is faint. The findings suggest that EP exerts impact on CEI by per capita GDP after EP as crossed variable enters into ridge regression model; rather, it fails by industrial structure and energy structure. Lastly,we put forward to relevant reform policy of EP to reduce CEI in China.
