This paper, the traffic microeirculation system as the core concept, will via the microcireulation road design, the sur-rounding area and the internal road planning and transtbnnation, signal timing optimization to achieve the three vuan two villagetraffic area traffic flow from the west road main road dive.ion to Xin Hong the mare purpose of the road trunk road to alleviatethe traffic pressure on the west ring road. and through the Vissim software to the area of traffic network modeling and simulation.the use of different programs to evaluate the results of comparative analysis, to arrive at the final optimization conclusion.
