目的探讨微信平台对肿瘤患者抑郁状态及治疗依从性的影响。方法将90例患者随机分组为微信平台组及对照组,对照组采用门诊随访,微信平台组采用微信互动,比较2组的抑郁程度及依从性。结果治疗5个月后,2组患者佰恩斯抑郁症清单评分较治疗前下降,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;微信组的佰恩斯抑郁症清单评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组相比微信平台组总依从率达到95.56%,对照组总依从率为64.44%,2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论微信平台可以使肿瘤患者的抑郁程度显著下降,提高了肿瘤患者治疗的依从性。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the effects of wechat platform on the depression and compliance in cancer patients. Methods The 90 cases of cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in control group received clinical follow-up,and the patients in wechat platform group received the wechat interaction. The degrees of depression and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results After five months of treat-ment, the scores of Burns Depression Checklist obviously decreased compared with baseline level in both groups （P〈0.05）. The scores for wechat group were lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The percentage of good compliance in wechat platform group and control group were 95.56% and 64.4% respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion This study shows that the wechat platform intervention can reduce the degree of depression and en-hance the treatment compliance of cancer patients.
