研究了不同压下率下(0%、9%、14%、22%和40%)301L不锈钢锻造态与固溶态的组织形变以及硬度变化特征。研究表明,锻造态奥氏体组织内存在孪晶,且晶粒较固溶态细小。固溶态301L不锈钢的硬度略低于锻造态,两者的硬度变化曲线与对应的加工硬化曲线具有相似性。经过塑性变形后两种状态下的301L不锈钢均出现了明显的加工硬化现象,随变形量的增加硬度不断提高,固溶态的加工硬化率更高,且比锻造态成形性更好,更有利于后续塑性加工;随着压下率的增加,α'马氏体不断增多,位错密度不断增高,晶粒不断碎化。
The effects of compression ratios(0% 、9% 、14% 、22% and 40%) on the microstructure and hardness characteristic of301 L stainless steel of forging and solution state were investigated. Results show that the twin exists in austenitic of forging state 301 L stainless steel,and the grain is smaller than that of the solid solution state. The hardness of 301 L stainless steel under the state of solution is lower than the state of forging,the hardness variation curves are similar to that of the corresponding hardening curves. Both of the 301 L stainless steels with two different states appear obvious work hardening after the plastic deformation,with the increase of the deformation,the hardness increases,the solution state steel has higher work hardening ratio and better formability which is more conducive to the subsequent plastic processing. With the increase of the compression ratios,the content of α'-martensite and dislocation density increase,the austenite grain fragments continually.
