对自行研制的重载辙又用贝氏体钢进行了组织和力学性能分析。结果表明:此种材料在锻造态下的组织为无碳化物贝氏体与少量残留奥氏体。该试验钢在锻造态下具有1340MPa的屈服强度和1440MPa的抗拉强度,伸长率为18.5%,断面收缩率为53%;试验钢在锻后回火态下的屈服强度为1362MPa,抗拉强度为1460MPa,伸长率为20%,断面收缩率为54%;夏比V型冲击试验显示,试验钢锻造态下的常温冲击吸收能量为43.4J,-50℃时的冲击吸收能量为11.4J,能满足重载贝氏体钢辙叉低温状态下的使用要求。研究结果表明,该重载辙又用贝氏体钢具有优良的综合力学性能。
Microstructure and properties of a self developed bainite steel for heavy railway frog were investigated. The results show that the microstructure is composed of free carbide bainite and a small amount of residual austenite, the yield strength, tensile strength, elongation and percentage reduction of area of the as-forged samples are 1340 MPa, 1440 MPa, 18.5% and 53% , respectively, and those of the as-tempered samples are 1362 MPa, 1460MPa, 20% and 54% , respectively. Charpy V impact experiment show that the impact absorbed energy of the forged sample is 43.4 J in room temperature and 11.4 J in - 50℃ which can meet the service requirements of bainite steel for heavy railway frog under the condition of low temperature. It is concluded that the bainite steel for heavy railway frog has excellent combination of strength and toughness.
