针对气体放电管电极表面残留电荷对冲击放电电压影响问题,讨论残留电荷积累与消散;采用3种不同型号的放电管经过多次4 kV,1.2/50μs开路电压波冲击试验,观测冲击放电电压值的变化趋势,将多次冲击后的放电管施加辉光电压,观测辉光放电电流值的变化趋势,研究残留电荷对气体放电管微观放电的促进作用。实验表明:经过多次4 kV,1.2/50μs开路电压波冲击,放电管在没有明显损坏的情况下,随着冲击次数的增加,放电管残留电荷逐渐增加,导致冲击放电电压值有逐渐减小的趋势,这种趋势在冲击达到30次得到相对稳定。
As residual charges on the surface of a gas discharge tubers electrode will influence its impulse discharge voltage, the accumulation and dissipation of residual charges were discussed. After several times 4 kV, 1.2/50μs open circuit voltage waves were applied on 3 different kinds of gas discharge tubes, the trend of impulse discharge voltage were measured. Moreover, glow discharge voltage were also applied on those above discharge tubes afterwards, and glow currents trends were measured, thus residual charges' promoting effects on the micro-discharge of gas discharge tubes were discovered. It was concluded that, after several times 4 kV, 1.2/50μs impulse voltage waves were applied on a certain gas discharge tube, if the discharge tube was not obviously damaged, with the increase of the number of impulse voltage waves, residual charges would accumulate, the impulse discharge voltage then would show a declining trend, this declining trend would stop to remain stable when impulse voltage waves were applied 30 times.
