研究温度传感器接口的抗雷电冲击能力以及气体放电管内的残留电荷对4~20 m A温度传感器残压的影响。发现:幅值为50 V的脉冲电压即可导致温度传感器接口损坏,说明温度传感器接口不具备抗雷电浪涌能力;气体放电管内的残留电荷,使气体放电管的残压有逐渐减小的趋势;随着冲击电压的增加,同一冲击电压下多次冲击后,气体放电管的残压值逐渐稳定。
The study on the effect of lightning impulse resistant ability for temperature sensor interface and the residual charge of gas discharge tube on 4~20 mA temperature sensor residual voltage and found: amplitude of 50 V pulsed voltage can lead to temperature sensor interface damage, indicating that the temperature sensor interface does not have anti lightning surge capacity; the residual charge of gas discharge tube makes the gas discharge tube has a gradually decreasing trend; with increase of impulse voltage. After repeated impact under the same impulse voltage, along with the increase of impulse voltage, the residual voltage value of the gas discharge tube gradually stabilized.
