针对带磁芯的罗氏线圈测试大电流时候出现磁饱和现象导致线性度差以及空心罗氏线圈测量小电流时候增益不大、测试不准等问题,利用柔性罗氏线圈、积分电阻、高输入阻抗有源放大器等部件研制出了一种用于检测雷电流与工频电流的宽带有源柔性线圈。当存在雷电电流或工频大电流作用于测试通道时,将直接由采集示波器采集通道中电流的幅值以及波形;当存在微小工频电流信号作用于测试通道时,线圈与外积分电路配合使用可用于检测微弱的工频电流。做实验之前,先用multisim软件对罗氏线圈等效电路进行仿真,根据仿真结果来制作、测试线圈。线圈研制完成之后,分别使用短路电流波以及不同大小的工频电流来测试线圈测量的误差率,柔性罗氏线圈对工频小电流和雷电流的测量起到一定的工程应用价值。
When measuring higher current by Rogowski coil with a magnetic core,there will be magnetic saturation phenomenon which leads to poor linearity. Also when measuring lower current by hollow Rogowski coil, there will be little gain and poor accuracy. A broadband active flexible Rogowski coil for detecting the lightning current and power frequency current is developed by flexible Rogowski coil, integral resistors and high input impedance power amplifier. When there is lightning current or power frequency higher current acting to the measuring channel, the waveform and the amplitude of the current will be directly collected by the collection oscilloscope channel. When there is a lower power frequency current signal is applied to the measuring channel, Rogowski coil used in conjunction with external integration circuit can be used to detect weak power frequency current. Before the experiment, the Muhisim software is used to results to make and test the coil. simulate Rogowski coil equivalent After the development of the coil, circuit, based on the simulation the error of the measuring coil is tested by 8/201xs lightning current and power frequency current with different amplitudes respectively. Flexible Rogowski coil for measuring lower power frequency current and lightning current would play a certain application value in engineering.
