针对电涌保护器辉光弧光放电性能的分析,有利于从辉光弧光放电角度解决开关型电涌保护器出现续流、雷电流泄放不及时等实际问题,从而更加安全可靠地选择和应用电涌保护器,但限于电涌保护器辉光弧光放电过程难以捕捉,对电涌保护器辉光弧光放电性能分析与实验并不多见。首先分析开关型电涌保护器辉光弧光放电性能各参数之间可能存在的逻辑关系;并通过试验分别测试开关型电涌保护器的辉光放电电压小于其点火电压及辉光放电持续时间、辉光弧光转换时间和电涌保护器泄放雷电流能力之间的关系;最后通过PSPICE仿真软件,验证理论的正确性和实验结果的有效性。
The analysis of glowing and arcing discharge performance of surge protector is useful to solve the problems occurred in switching surge protector such as continuously flowing lightning current and delaying to release the current in order to select and take application of more reliable and safety surge protectors. Due to the difficult to capture the transient process of glowing and arcing discharge in surge protector, the analysis and experiment of glowing and arcing discharge performance are rare. In this paper, the theoretical analysis for the logical relationship among the parameters is firstly presented. Secondly a designed test circuit is used to measure the parameters and the experiment result includes glow discharging voltage ,discharging duration ,surge protective device switching time, glowing and arcing discharge lightning current capability and their relationship. Finally, the correctness of the theory and the effectiveness of experiment are verified by the PSPICE simulation software. The analysis and experiment mentioned in this article have provided a valuable reference for the designing and application of surge protectors.
