The dissemination of inaccurate information has a huge influence on corporates. Corporates' emergency decision can control the inaccurate information dissemination. This paper combines with the characteristics of inaccurate information and classical SIR model, builds dynamic model to study the transmission rule of inaccurate information in corporate reputation emergenciescaused by the products quality problems. Then the paper explores the steady states of inaccurate information disseminationunder different emergency decisionsof corporates to provide theoretical basis and decision support to controlinaccurate information dissemination.
