研究当企业发生了突发事件之后,启动应急预案时刻的决策问题。分别针对企业单独决策和供应链作为整体进行决策这两种情况建立了数学模型。研究假设供应链上的企业可以收集到突发事件部分的相关信息,并在此基础上进行启动预案的决策。研究发现在企业单独决策时往往达不到供应链整体的最优,为解决这个问题,设计了协调方案以使得在单独以及整体决策的两种情况下预案启动“门槛”相同,最后通过数例说明了研究的思路。
The decision of when to implement the the company is subject to an emergency is researched. preventive measure against emergency after Mathematic models regarding the decision process of one company and the supply chain as a whole are established respectively. It is assumed that the company can partially collect the information related to the disruption and make decisions based on the infdrmation. It is found that the decision of one company sometimes can not make the whole supply chain optimal. To resolve this problem, a coordination mechanism is designed to make equal the "threshold" to start preventive measures in the situations of making decision separately and as a whole. In the end, with a numerical example, the research process is demonstrated.
