英文摘要：

Enterprise innovation network is an important innovation way in the process of enterprise innovation and development, and the improvement of its innovation network has positive effects on enterprise innovation capability. We explore and summarize the enterprise innovation network perspective, and then evaluate the effect of embedding theory and structure research from the perspective of innovation network on enterprise innovation ability, We divide the factors into relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness, and combine the absorptive capacity in the process of regulation of the innovation process, put forward the hypothesis and empirical using hierarchical regression method. Conclusion： strong ties, weak ties enterprise network and social network structure have a positive effect on the innovation ability, but the need to regulate the absorption capacity, absorption ability is strong, the network positive role more obvious, enterprise and innovation chain network in Colleges and universities can not provide positive effect for enterprise innovation.
