企业创新的动力与行为受技术创新投入与收益回报的影响。产业集群内关联企业间依存状态及分工方式的差异可以影响技术溢出，使其呈现出复杂的正反馈或负反馈效应，进而在相当程度上影响企业的创新动力与创新行为。依据对我国产业集聚组织形态的观察，将产业集群总括划分为中小企业群生和大企业引领两大类型，通过对不同类型集群的特征、集群企业之间的竞争合作关系、技术溢出模式进行比较，及不同组织形态下企业创新行为博弈模型的分析，揭示了不同的技术溢出模式对企业创新动力的影响机理，阐释出集群企业组织关联形态对企业创新行为的作用路径。

英文摘要：

The impetus and the behavior of innovation is influenced by the input and return of technical innovation. The affiliated companies in the industrial cluster adopt the different dependency relation and the different division of work, the differences make the technology spillover appear as the complicated positive feedback and negative feedback, so it could considerably affect the innovation impetus and behavior of the enterprises. Based on the observation of the organization pattern of industrial cluster in China, this paper classifies the industrial cluster into SMES cluster and large enterprises cluster, and compares the featuresof different clusters, analyzes competitive relations between the companies in the cluster as well as the model of technology spi- llover. Then through the analysis of the game model of enterprise innovation behavior in different organization patterns, this paper indicates the influence principle of the different technology spillover mode on the innovation impetus of enterprises, and explains the function route of the cluster enterprises relationship pattern on the enterprises innovation behavior.
