对亚硫酸钠对种分母液蒸发排盐的影响进行研究.结果表明,铝酸钠溶液中碳酸钠、硫盐和氢氧化铝的析出率随亚硫酸钠含量的增加而增加,排盐渣中主要物相为NaAlO2·1.25H2 O、Na2 CO3、Na2SO3、Na2SO4等,种分母液在蒸发过程中约有7％～11％的亚硫酸钠被氧化为硫酸钠.碳酸钠、硫酸钠和亚硫酸钠交互作用可以影响蒸发排盐的效果.
英文摘要：
The effects of sodium sulphite on salt discharge by evaporation from sodium aluminate seeded precipitation mother liquor were studied.The results show that precipitation rates of sodium sulfate,sulfosalt,and aluminum hydroxide are improved with increase of sodium sulphite content in sodium aluminate seeded precipitation mother liquor.The main phase in salt slag is NaAlO2 · 1.25 H2O,Na2CO3,Na2SO3 and Na2SO4.About 7％ ～ 11％ of sodium sulphite is oxidated to sodium sulfate in evaporation process.The salt discharge rate is influenced by interaction of sodium carbonate,sodium sulfate and sodium sulphite.
