Game theory is used to analyze two players＇ decision in two different VMI modes of the two power structures in supply chain： equal power and retailer dominated supply chain.In VMI-modes,the retailer takes inventory risk;in VMI＋ modes,the supplier assumes the inventory risk.Firstly,based on VMI modes,the players＇ decisions are analyzed in different power structures in supply chain.Secondly,it propose which VMI mode is better for the supply chain members in certain power structure in supply chain.
