Mass literature studied a two-echelon supply chain with a supplier distributing a single product to single or multi-retailers who in turn sell the product to the consumer market,and discussed the advantages of VMI.We consider a supply chain system with a separate agent of TPL managing the inventory separated from a traditional VMI model to meet uncertain markets demands.Under a certain restriction of order conditions and commission fees to TPL,the payments to all agents in SCM will be improved and the Pareto emendations will be achieved by TPL managed inventory.
