资源基础理论指出企业拥有"异质性"资源是产生竞争优势的根源。国内外很多学者从不同角度对核心资源所具有的特性进行了分析、归纳和总结。从面向竞争优势形成提出收益性、竞争性、可模仿复制性、可控性、战略性等5个核心资源检验指标,并基于此建立核心资源识别的动力学模型,分别从企业内外部辨析形成竞争优势的核心资源。
Resource-based viewpoints out possession "heterogeneity" core resource is potential critical to corporation to obtain competition advantage. From different perspective a great number of scholars analyzed, generalized and summarized characteristic of core resource. Faced to formation of competition advantage this paper puts forward five indexes, such as customer value, unimitativeness, controllability and strategy, and based on these, we establish the dynamics model of core resource characteristic and then identify core resource to establish competition advantage from inside and outside.
