为了解决制造企业采购提前期的压缩问题,在划分供应链提前期的基础上,阐述了影响订单式采购提前期的主要因素,并通过细分整体供应链成本的构成,分析了采购提前期与供应链成本之间的关系。结果表明,两级供应链总成本随采购提前期的压缩先降后升。因此,解决制造企业采购提前期压缩问题应采取差异化管理策略、信息对称策略、强化供应商质量管理策略和供应商管理库存策略。
In order to solve the procurement lead-time compression problem of manufacturing enterprise,this article first separates the lead time of the whole supply chain.Based on such analysis,the main affecting factor for order purchasing were confirmed.Through the analysis of the whole cost of the supply chain,this article obtained the relationship between the purchasing lead time and the supply chain cost,pointed out that the cost rises after the first drop with the compression of the procurement lead time.In the end,this article brought forward some strategies for the compression of the procurement lead time,such as different management strategy,information symmetry strategy,supplier quality management strengthen strategy and vender-management inventory strategy.
