考虑超订策略对单位舱位超订成本的影响,将单位舱位超订成本假设为关于超订水平的单增的凹函数。在此基础上,考虑空箱调运及运输能力的不确定性,以期望总成本最小化为目标建立了海运集装箱舱位的最优超订模型,设计混沌优化算法对该问题进行求解,对所求得的超订水平进行最优性检验,从而确保求得最优的超订水平。并证明了重箱出现比率为均匀分布的随机变量时模型最优解的唯一性。最后的算例结果表明了本文模型及求解算法的有效性。
The oversale cost of per container position is assumed to be a monotonically increasing convex function with considering the impact of overbooking level.Then,an overbooking model with the expected total cost as the optimization objective is constructed by considering empty container transportation and the uncertainties in capacity of ocean shipping container position.To get the optimal overbooking level,a chaos optimization algorithm is designed for solving the nonlinear optimization model,and the optimality criterion is established.The uniqueness of the optimal solution is proved while the ratio of container arriving is a uniform random variable.Numerical example shows the validity of the proposed model and algorithm.
