首先比较现在较为流行的VMT、VMI两种模式和传统标准库存模型、JELS模型的基本特征，然后分别建立了基于VMI-、VMI＋模式的单个供应商和单个采购商的讨价还价模型，研究如何利用转移支付手段实现供应链整体最优化，最后给出算例说明合作给供应链整体带来成本节约。
英文摘要：
This paper compares the basic characteristics of Standard Inventory, JELS and widespread VMI-,VMI＋. The research presented in this paper provides two bargaining models based on VMI- and VMI＋ for a single vendor-single buyer. With these bargaining models, the offered side payment can be derived to realize optimization of the overall supply chain. Lastly a numerical example is given to illustrate that the cooperation reduces overall supply chain costs.
