摘要:水泥基材料水分传输的研究是耐久性问题研究的重要分支。水分传输的速率很大程度上决定了水泥基材料的失效破坏速度。借助于等差称重法替代传统称重法对几种不同水胶比的水泥砂浆试样进行了毛细吸水试验。试验结果表明:高水胶比条件下砂浆试样毛细吸水速率比低水胶比更大,水分传输平衡水量更高,水分质量含量也更高;毛细吸水系数大小也与砂浆试样水胶比呈正比。对得到的试验数据进行Boltzmann转换,可得到水分传输位置、传输时间和水分质量含量三者统一的水分传输方程。
Research on water transfer in cement based materials is one of the most important topics on its long term durability.The rate of moisture transfer is believed to be an important factor in a great extent influencing the degradation rate of cement based materials.Water transferring behavior by capillary absorption in cement mortar specimens was examined by means of arithmetic weighing method instead of traditional simply weighing method.The experiment results show that capillary water absorption rate, also water content at unbalanced and balanced transferring state of cement mortar specimens with higher W/B ratio were all larger than those with lower W/B ratio.CapiUary water absorption coefficient of cement mortar specimens is in direct proportion to their W/B ratio.A mathematical equation expressing the relationship among the water content, time of water transferring and position of water transferred was obtained by introduction of Boltz- mann conversion upon to the raw experiment data of the capillary water absorption determination.
