主要对静力弯曲荷载作用下氯离子侵蚀双掺混凝土进行了试验研究。主要研究了静力弯曲荷载水平(0.3、0.4、0.5)、质量分数为10%的氯化钠侵蚀溶液以及侵蚀龄期(30、90、150、210、270 d)情况下氯离子对C55混凝土的劣化破坏作用,试验测试采用宏观和微观相结合的方法,宏观方面主要采用氯离子含量快速测定仪测试各侵蚀龄期混凝土中自由氯离子和总氯离子浓度分布规律,分析氯离子结合率的变化规律,微观方面主要对混凝土粉末进行X射线衍射分析(XRD,X-ray diffraction),获得混凝土粉末的XRD图谱,分析了氯离子侵蚀过程混凝土内部固相组成演变规律。
It focused on experimental investigation on chloride ion of penetration of concrete with flag ash and slag under static bending load.The damaging effects of chloride ion on C55 concrete's deterioration was analyzed when the static bending loads are(0.3,0.4 and 0.5 ), the mass fraction of sodium chloride solution is 10% and the erosion ages are ( 30,90,150,210,270 d). Test used the method of combination of micro and macro. In the macroscopic test, the distributions of free chloride ion and total chloride ion concentration of each erosion age were measured by chloride ion content tester, and the variation of chloride ion binding rate was analyzed. And in the microscopic test, the X - ray diffraction analysis( XRD, X - ray diffraction) was used to test the solid phase evolution inside the concrete during the chloride erosion processes.
