以矿粉基地聚合物为胶凝材料,用碱性激发剂对其进行活性激发,掺入发泡剂和防水剂制成防水型泡沫地聚合物。分别研究了3种发泡剂及其泡沫掺量、3种防水剂及其掺量对泡沫地聚合物力学强度、吸水率、导热系数和孔结构的影响。结果表明:茶皂素发泡剂适用于该体系,泡沫的最佳掺量为1700ml/500g胶凝材料;BS—F液体、BS—F固体型防水剂的最佳掺量为胶凝体系的6%,硬脂酸锌防水剂的最佳掺量为胶凝体系的4%;掺硬脂酸锌防水剂的泡沫地聚合物孔分布较为均匀,且独立不连通的闭口孔较多,有利于提高其防水保温性能。
In this paper,water-proofing foam geopolymer were prepared by using slag-based geopolymer as binding material, and by using alkali activator to stimulate its activity and adding foaming agent and water-proofing agent. The effect of three kinds of foaming agent and their foam volume, three kinds of water-proofing agent and their dosage on the properties of foam geopolymer such as mechanical properties,water absorption,therulal conductivity and pore structure were researched respectively. The results showed that:Tea saponin is the better for slag-based geopolymer, thc best foam volume is 1700 ml/500 g binding material. The best dosage of BS-F liquid and BS-F solid arc 6% of cementitious system,the best dosage of zinc stearate is 4% of cementitious sys-tem. The pores in foam geopolymer with zinc stearate are mostly independent and unconnected, and relatively homogeneous,it's benefit for waterproof and thermal insulation properties improvement.
