管片环极限变形特征是盾构隧道结构设计的关键控制指标和结构安全监测的重要依据。已有的接头弯曲加载试验表明,当弯矩较大时,接头变形具有明显的非线性特征。针对上海地铁区间盾构隧道管片环内的无衬垫式接头,建立其力学模型并推导其变形解析式,得到一定轴压作用下接头变形非线性特征的定量化描述,将其与试验数据对比,验证接头力学模型和变形解析式的工程适用性。基于非线性弹簧单元建立管片环梁-非线性弹簧模型,采用有限元方法对考虑外荷载及接头自身性能等因素不确定性的各工况管片环极限变形特征进行计算分析,根据分析结果提出对盾构隧道管片环结构设计及运营期结构安全监测提出建议。
The ultimate deformation characteristics of the segment ring is a key control factor for the design of the shield tunnel,as well as the important basis for the tunnel structural safety monitoring.The deformation of the joint shows significant nonlinear characteristics as the bending moment is large,which has been revealed by existing joint bending test.A mechanical model was established for the no-liner joint of the segment ring of the Shanghai Metro shield tunnel to derive the deformation analytic formula,by which,the quantitative description of the nonlinear characteristics of the joint deformation under certain axial compression was obtained.Compared with the test data,the engineering applicability of the joint mechanical model and the deformation analytical formula was verified.The beam-nonlinear spring model for the segment ring was established based on nonlinear spring element.The finite element method was used to calculate the ultimate deformation characteristics of the segment ring with a number of different conditions considering the uncertainty of external load and joint performance.Based on the caculation results,some valuable recommendations for the structural design of the segment ring of shield tunnel and its structural safety during operation were given.
