混凝土内部的水分传输性能是混凝土耐久性研究的重要组成部分,被认为是引起混凝土材料失效破坏的主要因素之一。通过毛细吸水试验,研究了水灰比、烘干温度、养护时间和矿物掺合料对水泥砂浆吸水性的影响规律。试验结果表明:低水灰比条件下的水泥砂浆的毛细吸水能力显著降低;烘干温度的增加和养护时间的减少都会促进砂浆的吸水性;掺入适量的超细矿渣粉和粉煤灰可以改善水泥砂浆的抗渗性能。
Water transport propertyof concrete is one of the very important parts of the research of concrete durabilityand is believed to be one of the main factors causing the degradation of concrete. The influence of water to cement ratio, drying temperature, curing age and mineral admixtures addition on the water absorption behavior of mortar was investigated by capillary water absorption experiments. Results show that capillary water absorption property of cement mortar with low water cement ratio is reduced significantly. Both the in- crease of drying temperature and the reduction of curing agecan promote water absorption of cement mortar. The impermeability of ce- ment mortar blended with appropriate amount of superfine slag powder and fly ash was significantly improved.
