通过相同质量分数NaCl和不同质量分数Na2SO4混合溶液浸泡作用下混凝土中钢筋锈蚀加速试验,研究了混凝土保护层厚度在氯离子与硫酸根离子耦合作用下对混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的影响。试验中先采用上海华辰CHI660e电化学工作站测定了混凝土中钢筋的开路电位、Tafel极化曲线,再运用三参数方程式对Tafel极化曲线进行拟合得到Icorr、βa、βb。结果表明:混凝土保护层厚度越大,钢筋锈蚀的概率以及速率越小。硫酸根离子可以在一定程度上降低钢筋锈蚀的概率,但是效果不明显。
This paper researches the effect imposed by thickness of concrete coveron steel corrosion in concrete through the acceleration test for steel corrosion in concrete immersed by solution NaCl with same mass fraction and solution Na2SO4 with different mass fraction.Open-circuit potential of steel and Tafel polarization curve in concrete are examined by CHI660 e electrochemical workstation of Shanghai Huachen.Then,after the fitting of Tafel polarization curve,Icorr,βa,βbare obtained by the application of tri-parametric equation.The result indicates that the thicker the concrete cover is,the less the probability and speed of steel corrosion are. SO42-can reducethe probability of the steel corrosion in a way,but it has no obvious effect.
