Under electronic warfare environment, a probability-based model is built for evaluating the effects of information and fire factors on joint attack ability of ship-based missile air defense system by using a mixed simulation-statistics method and information operation principle, The initial results show that the contributions of information and fire factors to the joint attack ability are respectively 58% and 42% with maximal contributions, 72% and 28% with minimal contributions, and 65% and 35 % with average contributions. The information factor is more important than the fire.
